Authorities investigating the latest explosion near Delhi's historic Red Fort arrested a Kashmiri inhabitant who reportedly knew the suspected suicide bomber. The arrested person is reported to be Umar Nabi's assistant and suspected of serving as a main facilitator in the attack.
